I've had my eyes on this film, ever since I found out Steven Kennedy, known to many as Ian Craig on The Archers, was 2nd protagonist. I heard it had been acclaimed at a film festival and that they were going to work on it a bit more. It failed to come on at my local cinema, so I waited some more for the DVD and pre ordered it. Finally it was in my hand and "It's Ian from The Archers" I happily announced to the rest of the room. He has the most beautiful Irish accent and I found out he had acted in the original stage play. So I was in raptures throughout as he discussed the painful process of writing and publication with his similarly neurotic agent. Steven Parker is a man pushed to extremes and you can't help but sympathise. It's also possible to empathise with The Agent, who has his own set of problems. Their debate is fascinating and it does not feel over-long. A well buried British gem which I'm so glad came to my attention. 10/10
