Storyline
Sam gets a formal diagnosis of his Non-Hodgkin lymphoma and hits rock bottom but it takes a near death incident in his car to get him back on form and shave his head in readiness for treatment. The A.E.D. is flooded with casualties from a train crash near Holby caused by a detonated explosion. Jac and Donna trade barbs in their quest for Michael Spence's approval.
