Having seen most of Laura Leighton's work, I put my screener copy of this film in my DVD player with glee and I was not disappointed. It's a slow and sleepy little movie that, even though was predictable, was quite enjoyable.
The cast is most un-knowns with the big name star being Laura Leighton playing Cate Madighan, a high powered New York Magazine editor, which is a big move from her early days as Sydney Andrews on Melrose Place. Laura is bright and bubbly and full of emotion as Cate who struggles to come to terms with the death of her father who abandoned her many years ago, who now wants her to full-fill his dying wish.
