Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime (2011) (Video Game)

Spun-off from

Ghostbusters (1984)

References

The Charge of the Light Brigade (1936)
In the realistic version, one of the Hotel Sedgewick level's checkpoints is titled "Charge of the Light Brigade".
The Exorcist (1973)
In the realistic version, after the first possessor ghost is vanquished, Winston comments that a fusion-based exorcism is "cleaner than somebody's head spinning all around and barfing pea soup." Also, the PlayStation 2 version has the extra Vigo quote: "This isn't Ghostbusters. This is The Exorcist!" Max von Sydow (Father Merrin in The Exorcist) is the voice of Vigo in the game.
Q*bert (1982) (Video Game)
An arcade machine appears in the firehouse on the second floor. (PC/PS3/X360 version only)
Ghostbusters (1984)
Several of the ghosts from this film (Slimer, Mr. Stay Puft, the Library Ghost) all appear in the game.
The Real Ghost Busters (1986) (TV Series)
The P.K.E. Meter from this show appears on a table in the firehouse. (PC/PS3/X360 version only)
Ghostbusters (1986) (Video Game)
Upstairs in the firehouse, the text on the computer screen is the ending screen from the NES version of David Crane's Ghostbusters video game. (PC/PS3/X360 version only)
Ghostbusters II (1989)
A talkative Vigo painting, the Ghostbusters II sign, the Ecto-1A's car doors, and a dancing toaster (once you collect it) all appear in the firehouse. There are many other subtle references too. (Vigo is the only thing that appears in all versions, except for the Nintendo DS)
The War of the Roses (1989)
In the realistic version, during the fight in the Civil War exhibit in the museum, Winston says, "Couldn't have been the American Revolutionary War, could it? Or the War of the Roses. Even the War on Drugs. It just had to be this one."
Extreme Ghostbusters (1997) (TV Series)
The Ghost Trap from this show appears on a table in the firehouse. (PC/PS3/X360 version only)
Freddy vs Ghostbusters (2004) (Short)
In the firehouse, upstairs near the computer, is a children's drawing of a ghostbuster that says, "To Uncle Egon, From Ed". Ed Spengler, from the fan films Freddy Vs. Ghostbusters and Return Of The Ghostbusters, is the nephew of Egon. When the game is set to take place (1991), Ed would have been just a child. (PC/PS3/X360 version only)
Shadow of the Colossus (2005) (Video Game)
In the realistic version, one of the Times Square level's checkpoints is titled "Shadow of the Stay Puft".
Return of the Ghostbusters (2007)
In the firehouse, upstairs near the computer, is a children's drawing of a ghostbuster that says, "To Uncle Egon, From Ed". Ed Spengler, from the fan films Freddy Vs. Ghostbusters and Return Of The Ghostbusters, is the nephew of Egon. When the game is set to take place (1991), Ed would have been just a child. (PC/PS3/X360 version only)
