Amelia, in Pedro's car, christens a new teacher's arrival with a fender bender before posing as Elsa to have him dismissed. Fermin, his contact slain, hides the evidence and fears for his life. The gang finds the details in a puppet show way too familiar for comfort, and as they later search for Cayetano's "fireflies," Maria shares her secret with Héctor. Several people want to discuss Iván's fifteen-day absence, but he only wants to see his father to discuss his upcoming testimony before a judge. Elsa, handed Héctor's job by the school board, strikes a compromise whereby only one of those found with ecstasy among their belongings can stay, with the rest expelled. Héctor hates that decision; fortunately, he's not alone. Written by
