Patty Hewes goes on Greta Van Stustern's show on Fox and accuses Kendrick not only of huge pollution damage, but of being responsible for the murder of Purcell's wife (although we've been shown on numerous occasions, Purcell was involved in the decision to kill her). Patty is forcing his hand, hoping he will sue her and that stock in the company will go down (which it does). Katie has a bag stolen and while in the police station, she sees a cop. She recognizes him as the guy who was stalking her in the street. She goes to Ellen but gets some empty promises. She is in grave danger. Patty's gambit works and she enlists Frobisher, of all people, to be her plaintiff. He has previously had a chance encounter with Kendrick at a ballet. The final scene in this episode gets the blood up.
