Storyline

This entry in the Floyd Gibbons' series of "Your True Life Adventures" tells the story of Oklahoma well-digger Clair Bigler when, after lighting a three-minute fuse and the well bottom to blast through the last rock strata, he is being hauled up by a rope which breaks, hurtling him back to the well bottom. Though unconscious and painfully injured, his work crew manages to get him to safety before the dynamite explodes. Written by Les Adams <longhorn1939@suddenlink.net>
