Auri Taub stole the original screenplay from Mario Radista. Radista filed a small claim action against Taub and was heard by Judge Milian on "The Peoples Court." Milian was appalled at Taub and ruled in Radista's favor and he was awarded the maximum of $5000. Radista had already settled with Taub for screen credit. Taub left court maintaining his right to use the screenplay without paying Radista. See more
