There are a lot of sexual references. Most of the characters are half-siblings due to the promiscuity of their parents.

The movie starts with a somewhat cartoonish battle that leads to sex between the last survivors.

The movie has several short scenes with topless females. Most of the time the breasts are covered by hair and when the breasts are not obscured, they don't have nipples.

There is a disturbing cartoon scene of a baby that gets cut out of its vampire mother, followed by the mother sitting in a pool of blood holding the baby.

There is a lot of hand-to-hand killing in the movie. It is often cartoonish, but there are some scenes with fake blood squirting out of people. Several characters also like to walk around with blood smeared on their faces.
