If you like a movie with romance, intrigue, and plot twists, then Duplicity is the movie for you., 10 April 2009
9/10
Author: DarkVulcan29 (DarkVulcan29@aol.com) from United States

The late great film critic Gene Siskel said The Sting(1973), had more plot twists then a film critic can anticipate. He probably would have said the same thing about Duplicity.

The story evolves around two spies(Clive Owen and Julia Roberts) who both work for rival companies, but are deeply in love. But decide to pull off the big con of all, buy trying to secretly swindle both there companies out of a fortune. But who's conning who really, and they can trust each other in the process?

Clive Owen and Julia Roberts are amazing together, they just really play off each other perfectly. They story is also great, it had plot twists you just don't see coming, that was enjoyable. It also kept jumping too a lot of locations, I have not seen so many since a James Bond flick. The only flaw this movie has,it kept going too many flashbacks, and that part got confusion. But none the less still a good film. Tom Wilkinson and Paul Giamatti are also good as the rival bosses.
