Great episode. Love Monk. Sad that it ended. Oh well. I noticed something in this episode that has to do with the "continuity of character's attitudes." After the second Julie Teeger is murdered and the suspicion is that someone is killing people with that name, Monk believes a hit man was paid to kill Julie Teeger. But, according to him, the killer doesn't know what she looks like and has to kill all the Julie Teegers. Captain Stottlemeyer strongly disagrees with this theory because the MO's are so different. However in "Mr. Monk And The 12th Man" from Season 2, something very similar happens to a set of jurors. It just goes to show that the captain somehow doesn't remember that case and the show goes on as if that never happened.
