A brother and sister play pranks
27 March 2008 | by (australia) – See all my reviews

Edgar and Ellen are a brother and sister team who live in a tall house in the town of Nods Limbs and like to spend the time playing pranks on fellow inhabitants of the town. Main characters include the Mayor, his daughter, the Mayor of a rival town, and several children and adults. Edgar and Ellen invent methods of playing pranks by using devices or substances to their use to create complex plans. The animation of the show is a computer one and has the usual smooth style one expects from computer animations. It is fairly entertaining though the plots are quite similar. It's an alright show, a bit odd i suppose. It used to be shorter but now has half hour 'specials' set at various times of the year such as Christmas or Halloween etc.
