'Run' seemed charming at the beginning, endearing characters, a story you'd like to be a protagonist in yourself and some fun dialogues. It went downhill gradually but distinctively. The characters started acting pointlessly and the writing became lacklustre and uninspired (unnecessary and farcical death included). Phoebe Waller-Bridge certainly didn't do herself any favours acting like a single-minded countrygal, she really should have known better than that. I finished watching the season, because I wanted to know how it would turn out, but was left high and dry. But do not fret - I don't care about the characters or the story anymore... so I will be just fine watching something else much more satisfying...
