Storyline

After Ned told Chuck he is responsible for her father's death, she took off. Now Ned is looking for her in the wintry streets, unable to find her. Oscar Vibenius however, ís able to find Chuck and tells her he knows that she (along with Digby) has a secret that has something to do with death... With Chuck not being able to go to The Pie Hole, Olive makes the pie for Chuck's aunts. What she doesn't know is that Chuck's special ingredient is a drug. She thinks it's vanilla and because she considers it rather weak, she puts in a lot more than Chuck usually does. In the meantime, there's a case involving corpses of life insurance agents ending up in snowmen that needs to be solved. Written by Marco van Hoof <k_luifje7@hotmail.com>

Ned: How much does Olive know?
Charlotte 'Chuck' Charles: Don't worry about what Olive knows. Even if I told her the truth, that - I died and you brought me back to life, she wouldn't believe me.
Ned: You don't know that.
Charlotte 'Chuck' Charles: Yes I do, 'cause I told her, and she wouldn't believe me.

The bodies in the snowmen were brilliant!
13 December 2007 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

In this episode of Pushing Daisies, Chuck deals with the pain of Ned telling her that he killed her father. Ned is devastated because he didn't mean to 'kill' her father. So Chuck lives with Olive until she stops 'hating' Ned. Chuck knows it is about time for her aunts to get a pie, but she doesn't want Ned to find her, so she sends Olive to go make the pie. But Chuck tells Olive the anti-depressant in the bottle is vanilla. While baking the pie, Olive tastes the 'vanilla' and thinks it is to weak, so she puts the whole bottle in the pie! Later, Emerson Cod investigates these 'corpsicles' in a boy's yard waiting for a heart transplant. The first murder victim had 'KIND' indented across his forehead. They have to find the killer before more social workers turn up dead in this brilliant episode!
