The film is OK comedy, nice one when you come to relax and laugh. Number of jokes per minute is high, at least half is humorous. To understand some jokes one need to know latest Russian news and films. Jokes are decent. Film is a kind of parody on Soviet spy film.
Many Russians put "1" rating for this film without even watching it due to the political reasons, they say any humor is irrelevant when one is filming about "holy war". In Russia both in Soviet and Putin times WW2 is being sacred, and there is a lot of state propaganda about "our holy nice guys" and "there bad-bad fascist guys". So the WW2 is so political in Russia that many feel there is no place for laugh in films about it.
So if you understand Russian language well, and can understand jokes in Russian - go for this movie, you will have a good time!
