There is no nudity. But the story is about the "player" attitude of David (Paul Campbell). And it gets a little squeamish for the viewer when Joe (Andy Griffith) get around to elderly sex talk and action. This is PG-13 for a reason and is inappropritate for young children. Much talk and innuendos about sex -- talk of sex, oral sex, erections, etc., and off-screen actions of the like. If your only only impression of Andy Griffith is from the Andy Griffith show, this may ruin your impression. A "Hallmark"-style movie this is not.

None, unless you find elderly sex gorey.

.Some wine drinking. A couple of club scenes.

Elderly sex. Now that is frightening.

Rated PG-13 for sexual content and language
