Episode 5 is a definite return to top form, once again the use of humour is very well played out. The team investigate Simon Neary, a gangster that Hunt has waited ages to nail. We initially discover Neary's young boyfriend 'Marcus,' great scene when the team discover the suitcase in the hotel room. Once again we see the change in attitudes between the 80's team and Alex to Marcus at the station. Keeley Hawes is totally brilliant in this episode, it's taken a few episodes, but she is finally on top form, some of the scenes with Keeley Hawes and Russell Tovey are really well played out, very sensitively done. I know I always mention the music, but it's great here again, finally we get to hear a bit of Madness. The team's face when they enter the gay bar is very funny. Dan Fredenburgh is very very good as Neary it's worth pointing out. A sad story with a few twists, very very good.
