In one scene when Detective Dee on his room to get his beard shaved, officer Shangguan was seen topless from behind and get some view of her shoulder from the front view. Dee hugs her to himself to protect her from an attack, his pants are removed as he escapes (comical and nothing seen).

The most prominent violence involves several scenes where men are graphically consumed by supernatural flames and slowly disintegrate. This is seen full screen and the whole process from "regular" to "extra crispy" is shown as they flail around. This includes smoke and burning flesh as the body chars into a skeltal figure.

Mild to moderate hand to hand combat and Kung fu violence including weapons use.- (ex: whips, chains, swords). A little blood on mouths.

You see the healed stump of a missing hand

A worker is mildly roughed up and humiliated by some police

Soldiers commit suicide by jumping into a fire to escape capture

A bird is shown with an arrow through its wing

A bird burst into flames

A man is visibly and unexpectedly shot in the head with an arrow (killed). Blood trickles from the wound

A man is attacked by some "computer generated" elk, they are beaten, fall and smash into things

Characters are stabbed in the chest, the broken blades protrude. (these appear to be non-lethal)

Character is shot by giant spikes, they pass through the body. A little blood is seen squirting out and the person has blood on his/her mouth .

Hand is smashed in by a metal weapon

Son of a Bitch, Bitch

The scenes involving characters burning to death are very graphic and scary. The characters venture into a hidden city that is kind of spooky and ominous. A blind man with opaque eyes may weird out younger kids.

Rated PG-13 for violence, disturbing images and some sexuality.
