We are told that the main characters had a high level of Ruffelin in their blood. We later find out that one of the main characters put this in the drinks he and his friends drank near the start of the movie.

Several scenes with mostly beer drinking. Glasses filled partly with alcohol are scattered across a room.

A man, while drinking beer, asks to take a turn driving a car and says he drives well when drunk. The driver says no because he's drinking. One of their friends then refer to the former as always being their designated drunk driver. He does not get to drive the car.

A tiger is given a drug-laced steak (we hear it moan and fall on the floor), we do see three men put the drugs into the steak before giving it to the tiger.
