Justice for everyone.
The opening is amazing, a pure gem, though there is no connection with the rest of the story. During an interrogation session, a hoodlum put under custody pushes a police officer beyond his limits by insulting him. The punk is a skin head and the cop a Black man. Amazing scene. For the rest, a cop under pressure shots a young hood who tried to steal his scooter. He shots the punk with his rifle and in cold blood. Internal Affairs are called to investigate, with of course the presence of Moulin. Excellent directing and acting, with interesting camera angles, moving situations. The opening scene, although not being connected to the rest, after all makes you think, think about the whole scheme. A Black cop killing a racist punk in cold blood - characters whom you will not see afterwards - and a white cop killing a white skinned hoodlum also in cold blood...
