Accidents happen, but the show must go on. That was Steven Tyler's outlook after he suffered a painful fall in a hotel bathroom in Paraguay on Tuesday - an incident he described in detail Thursday on NBC's Today show. The Aerosmith frontman and American Idol judge, 63, says he was battling food poisoning and began to feel nauseous in the shower. "I started to get sick, and I just fell on my face," he said. "I just passed out." Related: Steven Tyler Injured in Food Poisoning-Related Fall in ParaguayHis tour manager called the American Embassy and found the best hospital in the area. »

The first thing that struck me about "Second Chances" was that Megan Hunt was wearing appropriate shoes to a crime scene and not those ridiculous five-inch heels in the the middle of the woods. Thank goodness.
I know that the heels are meant to be fashionable but they look downright silly as she huddles over a corpse and can be a distraction to an otherwise entertaining show. I hope the new footwear is an ongoing trend.
The Case: I've only spent a minimal amount of time around horses but I still enjoyed this plot. Horses are beautiful and sometimes dangerous creatures. Accidents happen but this was not one of them.
What other case could combine Ethan's Mr. Ed impressions, glitter, and horse poop? It had plenty of twists and turns, although I'll admit I pegged the boyfriend as the killer the moment I saw him. He had too much of that hard, »

One of the great joys of visiting my parents is being able to go out and play in a rural environment. There are things that you can do there that just can’t ever happen in the city. Case in point, getting in really good motorcycle rides.
I’ve been around motorcycles my entire life. As long as I can remember, there has never been a time when my parents didn’t have motorcycles. I’ve known how to ride for a long time. Granted, my main toy in the city where I live is a moped, simply because the moped doesn’t have to be licensed in my state, and the drivers around here can be pretty awful about motorcyclists. Still, the moped is an effective means of two-wheeled transportation that I find highly satisfying, even when things like the throttle sticking wide open as I approach a very busy intersection happen occasionally. »

Being a "Jackass" ain't easy. You have to endure overwhelmingly powerful blasts from a jet engine, playing tether ball with a beehive, jumping ravines on a bicycle — not to mention going for a bungee jump in a port-o-potty filled with you know what.
Yeah, it's pretty rough stuff. Accidents happen. People get hurt. Like Johnny Knoxville in this exclusive clip from the upcoming "Jackass 3.5: The Unrated Movie," hitting Blu-ray and DVD this Tuesday (June 14). There's over 30 minutes of brand new footage on the home video release, including this little scene where Johnny gets in a bit over his head. Check it out for yourself.

It’s O.K., L.A. Accidents happen. Come give me a hug. While the music producer and confirmed X Factor judge might be in the doghouse with Simon Cowell after revealing that Cheryl Cole will likely join him for the American iteration of The X Factor, we can’t help but thank the record exec for moving this process along. The selection of Cole isn’t too much of a surprise; the former member of British pop group Girls Aloud has been a judge on Cowell’s original version of X Factor in the U.K., and it was »
