- The opening movie (live action) shows a man in a hospital holding his own severed arm, asking a doctor to "take a look at this". His bloodied stump is briefly seen and it squirts out a small amount of blood. The man is clearly not in pain and this scene is meant to be comical.
- The skater can fall with ragdoll effects and also knock down people. Other than that nothing note-worthy.

- The surgery part of the intro is somewhat disturbing. It's shown in a comical manner, but the surgeon just continually pulls out organs and blood and bones. It's shown for about ten seconds, but still freaks the crap out of me.
