Storyline

At self-proclaimed medium Casey Edgars' show, Nelinda's skeptic grandma is impressed to the point of doubting, while she, volunteered against her will, is turned off by the presence of a shady ghost she presumes associates with Casey. At Jim's suggestion, Melinda passes from warning the wealthy Drake against presumed fraud Casey as consultant in the search for missing Sidney to teaming up with him. They find her corpse, the ghost's true nature and purpose beyond solving who did it and how. Written by KGF Vissers

A young woman goes missing, and Melinda gets dragged into helping the family search for her, not knowing initially if she is alive or dead. The guy who used to do those memorable Seven-Up commercials years ago, Orlando Something, plays a fake medium who also is working with the family, and with whom Melinda does not get along one bit. One thing she knows for sure about this guy: he is being haunted by an angry ghost in a red parka. The episode suffered from slow pacing and way too many commercial breaks that dispelled any sense of suspense. The solution is a happy-sappy tear-jerker, of course. For the guys: Melinda's nightgown threatens to slip off at one point.
