I guess they needed to start this series with sensationalism? The man's story is the most convoluted of the two. He is evidently acting: he keeps reaching for emotions, makes faces like he's crying but it looks ridiculous: no tears come out so in frustration, he puts his face inside his hands. I thought that was pathetic acting. They don't have better actors? Also why do all "story tellers" (alleged to be truthful and have "lived thru it") sound the same? Soft spoken voices, for the most part, and sounding like they're reading lines instead of telling a story.
I'll give you this: the lady with Ronald McDonald bright red hair sounds more convincing, and not like she's reciting lines and thank goodness, no soft voice here and minimum voice fry, mostly seems she forget to use it! Her story starts as a dream so she's more believable. But the man? Double you tee eff? Right, like the Devil would want YOU, hahaha! Don't flatter yourself! I mean, no offense, but he's too weak for the Holy Devil to want none to do with him. Other than his evil finger tattoos (remember that movie with that guy who had "LOVE and HATE" tattooed on his fingers?) he's like a choir boy with his weak energy and very soft voice.
All and all, unhappy to see this repeat again and again, it's on now. It's not their strongest episode but it's a better series than the dumb ghost "hunting" shows, for sure. The lady was more credible and onscreen, it gives her name as Linsdey Brisbane. The guy? (Erin Christensen, isn't that a girl name?) Yeah, I can't believe him at all. Again: what would the devil want with YOU!? 7/10 for effort and for making the reenactement entertaining. It's probably 1 star more than they deserve but I'm in a good mood, so all Hail the Devil Inside!
It's entertaining but they don't give you real names to do a search and corroborate their stories.
