Storyline

After Hammer Bay schoolgirl Amanda Blakely is found dead under the town's iconic pier, the police struggle to find her killer. In the meantime a documentary crew arrives in town to do their own investigating. They quickly discover Hammer Bay is not your average beach-side town and find themselves embroiled in the mystery of the town
