I laughed from start to finish. The rap in the beginning was so hilarious. The breakfast club interview was so authentic it didn't seem scripted at all. And the "freestyle" at the end was quality! I'm looking forward to the next season. I hope there's more episodes or longer ones!

The beginning of an iconic franchise

The finale of Dave comes to a fitting end as Dave finds himself and establishes himself as a formidable rapper. This series has it all and it's truly a unique series that delivers all of the emotions when watching Season 1. The last scene of the season is draw dropping and I couldn't help but smile while I watched Dave freestyle. They say a bad show has its best episode as it's first, an okay show never improves off the first episode and the great show ends on the best episode...Dave ends on the best episode to date.
Simply genius!

Like another reviewer said I just had to rewatch this episode. On the surface I thought this whole show was going to be a goof but LD proved himself to be able to awesomely span mediums. Damn that final rap was phenomenal. Wish there were 10 seasons of this show.
This is such an incredible half hour of tv

The greatest finale in recent history!

I had to make an account just to review this episode, its an absolute masterpiece! It starts off with 13 minutes of the funniest song/skit Ive ever seen, detailing a hypothetical scenario that sends Lil Dicky to jail. Its absolutely hilarious! This then leads to conflict within the LD crew and an artistic disagreement. The ending can only be described as Triumphant, as Lil Dicky proves his worth in the rap game- dispelling misconceptions some may have about him.
This episode has everything! Its a masterpiece of film! and i cant wait for a season 2

The opening is amazing and I couldn't help but have a huge smile and grin during the final scene. It's truly one of the best episodes of this season, if not the best. Glad I binged this over only a couple hours and I'm excited for what S2 will bring.
Really looking forward to Season 2

Exploring the Depths of Dave's Artistry in 'Jail'
sanadalsalt17 July 2023
I just finished watching the episode of Dave titled "Jail" and I have to say, it was absolutely amazing! I would give it a solid 10/10 rating without a doubt. This episode had me hooked from start to finish with its hilarious and entertaining storyline.
The concept of Dave being trapped in a prison of his own creation was so clever and unique. It really showcased the depth of his character and the struggles he faces as an artist. I loved how the episode explored the idea of self-imposed limitations and the fear of failure. It was thought-provoking and relatable on so many levels.
But what really stood out to me was the song that Dave created in this episode. It was incredibly catchy and I found myself humming along to it even after the episode ended. The lyrics were clever and the melody was so infectious. I have to admit, I've been replaying it on loop ever since I watched the episode. It's that good!
The humor in this episode was on point. There were so many laugh-out-loud moments that had me rolling on the floor with laughter. The comedic timing of the actors was impeccable and the jokes were cleverly written. I couldn't help but appreciate the wit and humor that the show consistently delivers.
The writing in "Jail" was top-notch. The dialogue was sharp, witty, and filled with pop culture references that had me grinning from ear to ear. The character development was also impressive, as we got to see different sides of Dave's personality and witness his growth throughout the episode.
The performances in this episode were outstanding. Dave's portrayal of himself was authentic and raw, bringing a sense of vulnerability to his character. The supporting cast also delivered stellar performances, adding depth and richness to the overall story.
Overall, "Jail" was an absolute delight to watch. It had everything I could ask for in an episode of Dave - humor, heart, and a captivating storyline. I was thoroughly entertained from beginning to end and I can't wait to see what the show has in store for us next.
If you haven't watched Dave yet, I highly recommend giving it a try. It's a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it's been receiving. And if you're already a fan of the show, "Jail" will not disappoint. It's an episode that showcases the brilliance of Dave's writing and storytelling abilities.
So, grab some popcorn, sit back, and prepare to be entertained. Trust me, you won't regret it. "Jail" gets a perfect 10/10 from me!
