An excellent episode. We get to meet Jenny's parents, who own a shop. They find out a their shop girl is unmarried and pregnant. This piques the curiosity of Jenny and Sandy and they try to learn about the facts of life. They vow to investigate and research while writing about it. They have a great scene at Sandy's house as Sandy celebrates her birthday. We also meet Sandy's English mother. The girls convince Miss Brodie to take them to see a naked sculpture of the Greek god Hermes. They run into Mr Lloyd who is with one of his models. Miss Brodie asks Mr Lloyd if he would consider teaching art to her girls.
