Anna goes to talk to her brother outside the refuge, but she's disappointed to find he's just after the usual thing - money. She brings out all the money her mother has hidden, but when she's out in the street with Gordon, she has a change of heart and only gives him the loose change - he's furious with her. Inside, Anna's mother has heard from Becky that Gordon is outside, and rushes to confront him. Becky is the first out, trying to reason with him, but he lashes out, and she's down, and then Mrs. Wright is outside too. Time's up for Gordon, as the police arrive and give chase on foot. He's caught and arrested while Anna hands back her mother's money, which she kept hidden. Jacko comforts Becky, who's shaken and bruised after her encounter with Gordon. In the morning, Dennis stands at the gates handing out Lucy's fact sheet. Dudley is initially concerned that he's been labelled as "Mr. Squelch", but Dennis explains that he's looking at a the missing cat entry, not his lonely hearts ... Written by Geffers
