Storyline
The team investigates the murder of Weatherley Adams, a horror/slasher film actress found on the set with an ax in her back. The autopsy reveals that she was gored but that the ax wasn't the murder weapon. There was also too little blood at the scene leading them to believe the body was moved. When Ronnie Lake discovers a second body at the studio hanging from the rafters, she also comes face to face with the killer. Sara Sidle despairs at having to face 'death everyday. Written by

Wow, we are back to the bizarre, once again, on this CSI Las Vegas show. Here, almost all the suspects are real weirdos but sadly a couple of the CSI workers are just as weird. Is anyone normal on this show? A horror film production company has one of its stars found dead at the studio, an ax in her back. Who did it? The suspects, from the owner of the studio, down to the director and actors, are all over-the-top, especially some guy named "Zack Putrid"
Meanwhile, at CSI the assistant ME "David" and lab rat "Wendy" act and say similarly-sick things. At least "Gil" (William Peterson) asks Wendy, the question, "What is wrong with you?"
Good question.
Oh, well.....the cheap horror effects and goofy people made the episode go by fast and be pretty entertaining, even if we had to listen to a dwarf make all these sexually-inappropriate remarks to "Catherine," who just laughed them off. It's pretty distasteful, like the mouthful of fake blood some horror actress took in the opening scene.
