Storyline
Over the course of a single weekend, various teenagers discover that, perhaps, they don't yet have it all figured out: Benjamin thinks he's going to marry his hesitant girlfriend, Marty pines for the unattainable Rachel, rich kid Jacob throws elaborate parties and sells drugs, and the underage "cool" Donny blackmails his "nerdy" older brother to tag along to Jacob's party. I read the external review for this movie and agree. this movie seems like its being commented on by all the people who wanted a rowdy American pie type movie. wow that's all i wanted to say but this thing is making me type a minimum of 10 lines. that is a lot of lines. So since i have to type more anyway I watched the movie after reading the external review and that made me expect a different movie than rowdy. With that viewpoint in mind I liked this movie. But if i wanted American pie i'm not so sure how happy i would have been. This is a low budget movie but it looks good, the acting is good, its funny, and most of all I thought the situations were very realistic. I agree with that official review. A 7 vote seems about right. I would say don't listen to the overreacters on this page. There is a lot of good stuff in this movie. So many great individual scenes, even if the whole is a little messier. Wow i reached 10 lines. I am awesome.
