In this episode, there is a growing resentment towards the Hardy/Nicole alliance. Will is trying hard not to annoy Nicole but he says, "some village is missing their idiot if they think I'm not going to stab them in the back." After falsely promising his allegiance to them again, under his breath he calls them a sucker, as they walk away.
It's another live eviction night and Will's younger brother, Ian, is interviewed and gives his interpretation of Will's game play and who he really is outside of the house and game. Ian says, "my relationship with Will is, not only is he my brother, he is my best friend. When Will cried, as a brother I know those were Will's true tears. This showed the houseguests that he has a heart. As much as Will likes to play the 'evil doctor', in the real world Will is one of the most compassionate doctors you could possibly meet.
