Trivia:
The President states that she wants "Rick Berman" to work for her and come from the "private sector." Rick Berman is the former executive producer for every Star Trek series since "Star Trek: The Next Generation" (1987). Rick also oversaw the current producers of 24, namely Manny Coto and Brannon Braga, who were involved in Star Trek Enterprise, Voyager, DS9 and The Next Generation, respectively. See more »
Goofs:
Errors in geography: In an escape scene through a parking garage set in Washington D.C., Jack and Tony both leap off the second level of the structure down onto cars below. In the follow pan as Bauer jumps down, the iconic image of the Los Angeles City Hall is visible in the background. See more »
Quotes:
[about Jack returning to the United States after his stint in Sangala]
David Emerson: Why'd you come back?
Jack Bauer: Wanted to know what it was like to walk into a propeller.

Enjoyable and heart pounding conclusion though not quite as exciting as the other three this season has seen so far..., 12 January 2009

11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.- Jack and Tony are taken to a broken down building where Bill and Chloe operate( you can nickname this place "CTU") there Jack is told everything about why they are doing this, who Tony is working with and how he managed to survive. Firts hings first-After CTU was dispatched Chloe, Bill and Tony became much more aware of the government and it's dark secret-There are many agents and high level workers within the government that are helping Gen. Manjuma. Second, Tony faked his death due to his partner Emmerson, who's client is Gen. Manjuma. Thanks for a dose of medicine Tony was able to fake his own death. However, despite the fact that Tony is on Jack's side Tony has done a lot of bad things which he may not be proud of but did them for his own needs, make no mistake about it he is criminal but he will help out for he greater good. Tony and Jack head off to meet Emmerson where only lies to Emmerson to what he has been doing as of late and how he was able to escape from the near FBI headquarters and gives a good word for Jack to join their organization. Things don't go well at first but because of some threat here and a threat there Jack is allowed in and their first case of business is to capture Prime Minister Matobo, who will be needed to get to Dubakuand to finally get to Gen. Manjuma. Henry meets up with Samant6ha and finds the truth about the money, his son's death and the man who betted against his wife's leadership s president of the United States of America. Meanwhile back at the FBI headquarters Renee finds out that the shooter's name was Tanner, has a grudge with the government, and that he is at the hospital awaiting his lawyers. Renee takes Janis with her, along with her lab top and race over to the hospital before the lawyers arrive. Renee tries too hard to be Jack Bauer and intimidates Tanner too much, to the point where death threats are a tad extreme, but in the end she has her answer and thankfully Janis was able to keep Tanner's lawyers away. Renee finds out that their next attack will be the capturing of Prime Minister Matobo, which the president has already found out and is a nervous wreck about it. Jack, Tony, and Emmerson invade Prime Minister Matobo's house, take out most of his security but are unable to reach him as he and his wife seek refuge in a panic room.

This episode wasn't the best so far but I really liked it nonetheless, it demonstrated a lot about the relationships between the characters and had a fantastic performance by Colm Feore as Henry Taylor. On top of that the suspense levels were still pretty high and the "what happens next?" element was well done here still. The story structure was fine and the action sequences are decent to say the least.

Overall not the next one so far but had a lot of neat concepts going for it.

8/10.
