No. The Wackness is an original script by writer-director Jonathan Levine. A novelization of the screenplay was published in July 2008.

Bigger than a cameo, but she is not the star. She is billed as a supporting actress and plays an acquaintance of the lead character. She only appears in two scenes and has roughly 15 minutes screen time during the 105-minute film.
