As House is looking at a girl's diary, he says, "It's basically a list of her sexual encounters." When Cuddy tells House he's wrong, he says, "Well, who are you going to believe, the classic toy," referring to an 8-ball, "or a woman who, if she had any confidence in her ideas, wouldn't feel the need to distract you with a water bra?" House puts a camera in the patient's uterus and a video shows it. House asks a woman, "Are you a fan of symmetry?" She says, "Sure," and he says, "That's weird, because your eyes are lopsided. And by 'eyes,' I mean 'breasts.'"

- The patient's face is swollen and covered in cuts when she is in the hospital. Some might find the image disturbing. Blood comes out the patient's mouth and from between her legs. Hospital staff then performs surgery. There are visible organs and blood.

- While House and Cuddy are arguing, she says, "If you're right, then this guy, who's not an a**, who's not a workaholic..." When Wilson says "You've shown a startling lack of humor, which got me thinking," House says, "Oh, god..." House says he's not going to hire a team, to which Wilson replies, "Then hire three people and let them sit on their a**es." House says, "If you'll excuse me, my patient is going to start bleeding out of her mouth and anus." The word may be offensive to some. House looks between the woman's legs during her surgery, and the doctor performing surgery on the patient says "If you want to look at vaginas, there are websites for that."

- While a couple are talking on the phone, the building she is in starts to shake and then collapses. She screams. At one point, the patient's eyes roll into the back of her head and her heartbeat spikes. Cuddy uses a defibrillator on her. House goes into what seems to be an emergency ward and asks some questions. There is some screaming going on and visible blood. House pulls a tube off of the port in the patient's trachea, and then pits his finger in the port so she can speak, and asks her what her name is. Some may find the image disturbing.
