Storyline

American Indians and government officials discuss poverty, racism, domestic violence, child abuse, inadequate health care, and drug and alcohol problems that besiege the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in SW South Dakota. Pine Ridge is home to the Lakota Tribe of the Sioux.
