Storyline

Dobbs was a janitor. Circumstances made him a painter. Being forcibly ejected from a studio and having paints, brushes and palettes thrown after him, he immediately started on a paint-fest. On automobiles, store windows, pianos, any old place, Dobbs painted. He was quite satisfied with himself, but the owners of the automobiles, store windows and pianos did not share this view of his art. It wasn't long before they were all on his trail. Then the police joined them. Dobbs saw them coming and ran. The automobile Police Patrol was catching up with him when he discovered a bicycle and on that continued his flight. Still they gained on him. So over a fence went Dobbs, followed soon by the people and the police. Dobbs darted into a box factory, wrecking almost everything in his path. His pursuers were close behind. Dobbs had a brilliant idea. He dropped from a rear window. But alas for Dobbs! The police were there too and he dropped right into their arms.
