When Sid sees Manny and Elle's new baby, he remarks that it's a boy. Diego corrects him by saying "That's its tail." Sid then says, "It's a girl!", which is correct.When the three baby T-rexes are crying, Sid tries to get milk from an sleeping Ox thinking that it's female and he (it is implied but not shown) pulls the Ox's genitalia. However, the Ox is male and chases Sid. We only see the Ox waking up with a disgruntled face and chasing Sid who's yelling "I thought you were a female!"At one part in the movie where Manny and Diego get eaten by the plant the plant starts to fill up with some kind of acidic digestive juice in which Diego says I feel tingly. Diego, the Saber-Toothed Cat (or Smilodon) chases a frightened Gazelle-like animal for prey, in a long slow-motion sequence, but never catches it.At one point, Manny and Diego are trapped inside a carnivorus plant that fills up with digestive juices. Buck has to jump in and save them.
