When the coroner dons the air purifying respirator, he has purple (or possibly magenta) canisters. The purple canisters are for 99.97% oil mist particulate environments; the magenta are for radioactive materials (except tritium and noble gases). He should have used a brown one, which filters acid gases, VOCs and ammonia.
