finally had the opportunity to see baby blues and thought it was a fine piece of film-making. i really related to the themes and characters of the film. the performances, especially, Josie the lead character was very well drawn and executed. highly recommend this to anyone who like a good indie about relationships and self discovery. i loved the friendship b/t Mani and Josie and would have liked to see that a little more developed but all in all and enjoyable cathartic way to spend ninety minutes. take someone you and love and go see it before it leaves town. smaller films never stay around for long enough! also i recognized levine from 24 and love how different this character is from her role on that show. it made me want to rent season five all over again.
