Trivia:
The car that Renchard is driving at the beginning of the movie, as well as the convertible that he and Brianna take from the parking garage, are 1975 Oldsmobile Omega's. Obviously a reference to the tile of the movie. This model of the Oldmosbile Omega was produced from 1973-1979 and was not produced as convertible, having apparently had it's roof cut off for the film. moreGoofs:
Continuity: The protagonist in this movie carries a Heckler&Koch MP5. In at least two scenes (after approximately 52 minutes) the director inserted random close-ups of a AR15-type weapon being shot. Not only do this two rifles look nothing alike, even the backdrop is radically different (the actual scene is set in a back alley, the close-up footage in a forest). moreFAQ
Who is running and maintaining the power, the internet service, the GPS satellite, etc., if all the humans have become zombies? What is the radio scene at the start of the movie supposed to represent?
What is Renchard duct-taping to all those poles?

I AM OMEGA Theasylum.cc Starring Mark Dacascos Written by Geoff Meed Directed by Griff Furst Its GREAT to have Mark D. in a Theasylum pic.
This rendition has a new edge and Yet pays tribute to Charleton Heston and his version from the '70's.
Mark's character has been by himself since the zombies took over the open areas of Metro. Humans re-emerge in the shape of vigilantes and a girl with the cure.
Mark has a plan to sanitize Metro with multiple bombs,Gives film a urgency. This film doesn't seem like most from Griff Furst,It's a major step in a good way. Geoff Meed who also wrote the script has some great moments on screen, Duh ! Jennifer Lee Wiggins is the only female in cast and doesn't get to kick much zombie butt, But has emotions run gamut that the boys struggle on screen for.
