Lassiter's embarrassment about his own police car being stolen while parked in front of the precinct gives priority focus to the wave of classy car thefts to sell off the parts. Shawn quickly traces it to a car shop owner, who is swiftly jailed. yet Shawn senses that's not the whole story, even before the car shop owner is murdered in his repair pit.
