Shopkeeper Ernie Paseo hires reluctant Michael to get ruthless restaurant owner Consuela 'Concha' Ramirez's racketeering gang off his neighborhood's back. Mike poses as an even worse extortionist, 'til she hires him, only to discover her real purpose, requiring a different approach. Meanwhile government agent Jason Bly threatens Westen's loved ones to make him accept a measly security job, but gets an ever harsher reaction. Written by KGF Vissers
Michael goes undercover as a crazed criminal in order to help a small business owner in Little Havana to get rid of hoodlums that are terrorizing the neighborhood at the , & the whim of a shady real estate developer. And he has to find a way to take care of his Bly problem who's now threatening his friends.
This episode had some truly great moments (the interaction between Michael and Bly, the moment with Sam and his girlfriend, the 'crazy' Mike, and the resolution to it all) but it was also bittersweet as I really liked the character of Bly and was hoping that that arc would last a tad longer.
