During the Secret Service sketch, Marty Feldman says that he knows it is the Head of the Secret Service's Office because "it says so on the door." At that point, the door swings open, and there is clearly nothing written on it. For the rest of the sketch, the door refuses to close. An invisible stagehand tries to hold it closed after Graham Chapman enters, but gives up the struggle eventually.
