Dan Mathews arrives at the Aspen Lake Lodge for a long-awaited fishing trip, but finds that the new owners (Farley and Hank) don't seem to care much about fishing. The local game warden advises Dan that there have been other curious changes around the lodge. When drug-runner Billy Severs is found critically wounded on the property, Dan is convinced that the lodge is being used for heroin distribution. He enlists Officer Johnson to set up a roadblock just outside the lodge and stop female "guest" Edith Larkin. This action convinces Farley and Hank that their operation is in jeopardy. They attempt to flee with the heroin they took from Severs' car, but they soon find themselves bottled in by another roadblock. Written by
