Storyline

Ena searches for Minnie. She informs the police of her disappearance. She breaks down, blaming herself. The residents rally round, contacting the hospitals, newspaper and hostels. Elsie accompanies Ena in her search for Minnie to North Cross Cemetery. Dave agrees to use his grapevine to try to find Minnie. Len goes to Liverpool to find Jed and see if Minnie is with him. Emily rows with Dave. Len can't find Jed in Liverpool but PC Conway tells him they've already investigated that lead and Jed is now in Birmingham but without Minnie. Ena tries to find comfort from Reverend James but is afraid that Minnie's dead. In a hospital a nurse finds Minnie's name on one of the patients. Written by GusF
