Steve Angelo (of "The Hacienda" and "The Couch" fame) made this early Harmony Films release with an eye toward excess, outstripping most of his peers in terms of sheer high-energy, non-step sex. For that reason it holds up rather well a decade later, when this sort of assault on the porn viewer's senses has unfortunately become routine. To use a jazz parallel, it's as if Coltrane's wild "Ascension" LP date of 1965 had caught on and caused jazz to take cacophony as its starting point rather than a climax, while in a similar time frame the Adult Cinema world has adopted the gonzo approach as not a stunt but rather the required norm.
It is structured in the modern manner not as a continuous feature or show but rather as five separate (and separately timed/accessed via menu, without any "Play Feature" mechanism) vignettes plus a quality bonus scene that should have just been one of six rather than demarcated off by its lonesome.
At first, I was impressed by a novel notion Angelo employs, as the first 3 segments on the Menu list have overlapping set-up/context footage before focusing respectively on three separate arenas of the three-ring circus that makes up the Orgy party of the title. We see the same players in the same positions, with simply different key camera movements to complete each scene riveted to one couple (or group) for the duration.
One of these couples is the Lesbian tandem of Nicolette (identified in IMDb as Angelina Crow) and Sandy Cage going at it with a strap-on dildo and as much gusto as their surrounding heterosexual party-goers. Their spotlight segment is simply titled "The Dykes".
Always a reliable "I'll do anything" broad, Annette Schwarz stars in "Abuse Me", with George Uhl and Jazz Duro living up to the title honors.
"Gang Bang Me" is the showy, lengthy introductory vignette in which the unfamiliar "Nancy" (IMDb lists the actress as Roxanne Loveitt with no obvious supporting evidence) takes on a bevy of studs including Dirty Dog/Ian Tate, Ben Kelly and Olivier Sanchez, all stalwarts of the Harmony Films label. "Face F*ck Me" is the most concise segment, over in a scant 10 minutes, as Sahara Knite (misspelled Night in the superimposed credit) takes on the redoubtable Mr. Foot Long named Sensi, and repeatedly deep throats him with impressive ease. By my reckoning this counts as IR content, matching her Indian ancestry with Sensi's African roots.
