In the scene when Dick pushes a man out of the fire escape at the back of the bus, a dummy was used and a simple balloon was used as the mans head filled up with blood, so that it burst when hit by a car.

Goofs:

Audio/visual unsynchronized: In the scene where Fanny falls off the stolen bike and lands down the sewer pipe. Dick says, "Oh, for fuck sake stop buggering about!" But his lips clearly mouth the word 'God' instead of 'Fuck'.

I gotta say that this film is really hard to find. But boy is it worth the search? You bet!

I tracked this film down simply because the female lead was meant for Shannen Doherty and wanted to see what she would have been doing!

This film is hilarious! Very stupid humour from the two main leads (who do a wonderful job).

Paul Rawson (Dick) Was clearly born to play this part. Perfect comedy timing, excellent acting and totally believable as a think rich boy. Bravo to him!

Sharon Birch (Fanny) Was also very good. I think this was her only role too.

**** SPOILERS **** The film is basically about, Dick (Rawson) He has more money than Donald Trump, left to him by his parents. His house is bigger than France and has everything he ever needs or wants. Just a click of a finger and its there. His best friend, Fanny, just taggs along for the ride helping him spend his money! But when they go out one night for a dance they come across a carnival and call a gypsie every bad name under the sun. Very soon after things start going wrong. Dicks driver quits which means they have to walk home only to find the house is up for sale, which leaves him homeless. Dick & Fanny them go on a 'walk' trip trying to figure out what has happened and who did it to them, and more importantly, can they fix it?

Very very funny with top class scenes. Very well written for an amateur and very well acted from 'almost' everyone. I would have loved to see Shannen Doherty do the things that Fanny does in this film. When Fanny gets beaten up by 5 MASSIVE guys in a bar all because she was hitting on them and Dick got jealous...

Top film. Get it if you can! 8 out of 10
