Ryan Phillippe Accused of Throwing Model Down a Flight of Stairs
Shooter star and former husband of Reese Witherspoon, Ryan Phillippe has found himself in the hot seat this week. The actor has never had a great reputation when it comes to his anger. Now, a former girlfriend is claiming he abused her quite severely, going as far as to file a lawsuit against the Cruel Intentions star.

Model Elsie Hewitt filed a lawsuit against Phillippe this past Monday. And the allegations she has made against him are pretty damaging. She claims the actor kicked her, punched her, and eventually threw her down a flight of stairs. The suit filed by the 21 year old struggling actress had this to say.

[Ryan Phillippe] grabbed [her] upper arm so tightly that his grip left heavy bruises on her arm hours later. He then braced his body and threw her down his staircase as hard as he could."

While Ryan Phillippe's Reps have yet to respond to the allegations,

7 Films New to Netflix to Watch In September 2016, Including ‘Zootopia’ and ‘The Imitation Game’
Next month over on streaming giant Netflix offers up a giant selection of films of all stripes — modern to classic, animated to live action, Oscar contender to…not so much — and we’ve picked seven (well, really 11) that you should watch as soon as humanly possible, either for the first time or as part of a nostalgic little binge. Enjoy.

1. “Footloose” (available September 1)

If you’ve never experienced the original “Footloose” — no, not the one starring Miles Teller, though he is quite serviceable in a charming role — do yourself a favor and check out Herbert Ross’ 1984 classic. Yes, the concept of a town outlawing dancing is bizarre and outdated, but Ross and his cast (including Kevin Bacon in the kind of star-making role that’s so rare these days) really sell the concept, thanks to some serious drama and hard-earned emotion. But there is also dancing! It’s joyous and gymnastic and pure,

Cam Girls Web Series Takes You Inside The Lives Of The World’s… Newest Profession

The world of Web Series is about as diverse as it gets. From format, to genre, to production quality, they’re everywhere, and some of them take the opportunity to go for a risk.

Being un-Google-able is a risk, as is being a fairly tame show with a name like Cam Girls, but the series, which hits June 1st is surprisingly layered for something that only has 4-6 minutes to get things done.

The story revolves around Liv (Kate Bond), and the journey that leads her to becoming a Cam Girl. As she mentions in the trailer, she starts at the beginning. It’s actually a well-developed road that highlights the odd, and unforeseeable turns our lives may take. A new job, a new friend, a friend’s husband who has spy cams all over his house… the usual.

The show isn’t exactly comedic, or dramatic, and those who
