Cecilia cuts her left wrist in the shower of her secure medical facility room, yet in the next shot when she is pulled along a white floor there is no blood and no sign of a wound. There is no further sign of this injury until the final scene where she has a white bandage.
When Adrian and Cecilia sit down to eat dinner, the slices of meat on Adrian's plate move between shots.
When Cecilia meets James on the stairs at Adrian's house, James' right drawstring of his hoodie is over his right shoulder. The next time it cuts to him, it is hanging down. The next time it cuts to him, it's again over his right shoulder.
Cecilia passes out at a job interview from a high dose of diazepam (Valium). But if she had that much drug in her system she likely wouldn't have been able to walk into that interview, at least not in a straight line.
In the scene where the frying pan catches fire Sydney rushes in and uses a Carbon Dioxide extinguisher on the burning cooking oil. Using that type of high pressure extinguisher would blow the burning cooking oil all over the room, spreading the fire. A wet chemical extinguisher should be used on cooking oil fires.
When Cecilia escapes from the mental hospital, there is a skirmish on the street and an SUV rear-ends a parked car. The collision is hard enough to buckle the hood of the SUV, yet the airbags don't deploy.
Cecilia leaves the scene of the crime after reporting it to 911, which defeats the purpose of framing Adrian's murder as suicide, furthermore, while wearing a wire she proceeds to inconspicuously talk to James contrary to her act of being shocked at Adrian dying in front of the CCTV.
When Cecilia takes a Lyft to Stinson Beach, the SUV is shown driving south on the Golden Gate Bridge. Stinson Beach is actually north of the Golden Gate Bridge in Marin County.
There should have been much more paint on the floor and for longer, not mentioning the absence of foot print or impact at the bottom of the ladder.
Very obvious rope works (characters smoothly being dragged on the floor by their foot near the floor or by a half bent leg).
When Cecilia saw a front door open part of the way at night, it was from open from right and had hinges on the left. She walked out. But, when she was outside of the house, that same door now opened on the right and had hinges on the left.
The van used by Cecilia to chase Tom should be damaged because of the crash but it was not.
James, worried that Cecelia is a threat to him and his daughter's safety, on the spur of the moment takes his daughter and leaves the house. Where did they go? A hotel? Never mind that it's his house.
Even if Adrian, in invisible form, had not turned the heat up on the kitchen stove, causing a fire in the frying pan, the kitchen in James' house is still dangerous. Notice there is a roll of paper towels right above the stove, and right above where someone would be cooking.
She's cooking sunny side up eggs and bacon in a frying pan yet but it's slicing mushrooms to put in with it. If she was making an omelet or scrambled eggs it would make more sense. Think it was done just till the knife would disappear.
When the Invisible Adrian slaps Sydney (making Cecilia look guilty), the sound of a bare hand slap is heard. But Adrian was wearing gloves as part of his suit, so the sound would have been duller and blunt.
The needle used in the injection scene is obviously retracting as it is not puncturing the skin and would reach the middle of the elbow if indeed push this much at 45 degrees.
When the two sisters visit the brother lawyer at his office, the view out of the window is the Sydney (Australia) skyline, however the B-roll scene before they enter the lawyers office is footage of San Francisco.
During the massacre in the hospital hallway it is quite obvious that CCTV cameras are present near the ceiling as things unfold. Alerted guards are summoned and one would assume that security would be watching the CCTV system. Yet as Cecilia exits through the lobby where the other guards and the CCTV system are seen they don't act like they have a clue that something weird is happening, to include apparently not having noticed that the front doors opened, though no one could be seen leaving.
James should not be assigned to investigate the case.
The suit should not make The Invisible Man so strong as to lift a grown woman in the air without much effort.
There is no explanation as to why Cecilia never requested to see a death certificate and coroner's report to verify that Adrian was truly dead after the mysterious incidents began to occur.
Though she briefly pauses to wonder about it, Cecelia never investigates how she received notice of her inheritance from Adrian, while staying at James' house. Her residence there was temporary, she wouldn't have filled out an official change of address form. That letter should've been an early warning that she was (still) in danger.
The patient should be monitored and not left alone right after an intravenous injection sedating her as she could stop breathing and die.
Cecilia returns to Adrian's house after days or weeks of being away. Zeus the dog greets her right away and she doesn't seem to be the least bit surprised. Who's been taking care of him? Adrian is "dead" and no mention is made of housekeepers or even Tom doing the job.
Cecilia goes to the mailbox to check the mail. The flag on the mailbox is up. That's a signal to the carrier there is outgoing mail. If the flag is up the carrier hasn't been there, so there's no need to check for new mail.
The injection by the "doctor" is very badly rendered: for example, he does not check if there is some blood flow by aspirating before injecting the drug.
