This is an incredible love story, made all the more compelling because it really happened. You'll find yourself alternately laughing and crying. All of the acting was superb, but the two leads were especially noteworthy. Highly recommended!

Storyline, actors, Director everything was great. I really enjoyed the film. It made me sit back and take a good look on life. How everything can be taken away, so you should always love the person that you are with. Never let the world dictate who you are and who you are supposed to be with. Always focus on what's right and how we can help others come out of there own struggles.

I absolutely LOVE this story. The true events that inspired this movie are perfectly portrayed throughout the film. I appreciated the undeniable connection that Beth and Nick had onscreen, giving us a beautiful glimpse of the love Yale and Nina shared - which I felt was super imperative. A true Love story that the entire family will enjoy as well as anyone who has ever been in love can relate to. I give this movie 10 out of 10 stars hands down! Bravo!

A movie for everyone - with events so crazy, yet so true. This is a true story and the cast gives you every piece of emotion they have. It was great to see a time period piece that gets it right and shows you true love conquers all. This is a must see and can be enjoyed by all.

I laughed, I cried, brought back memories & yale figured out how to live on....he was a great stepfather, if I had to pick one I would have picked him!! Everyone did a terrific job capturing the emotions of the time. Nice to view on my mom's 91st birthday today had she lived. I'm sure yale is smiling down & telling everyone about his movie. Thanks josh & crew & actors for bringing his story to Hollywood. A special shout out to my daughter Sarah who played one the actors asked about living for a day!! Special being Yale's grand daughter!!

I grew up with this family and the film did a great job of recreating their trials and tribulations in such a heartfelt manner. Nina and Yale were truly an inspirational couple and Yale and the cast do a wonderful job of telling their story in the most honest away. Special features that I loved included (real) Yale's narration of their story and photos of the (real) family at the end. The cast did a great job of bringing the emotions of the story to life. Can't wait to see it in the theater!

Even though it's based on a true story that happened some time ago, I'd say it's a real day love story that can happen present day and in the future. There are no boundaries on love and this movie displays it! The movie also shows unapologetic feelings weather positive or negative. Great cast, the fortune teller gave me chills. Definitely ready to watch again!

Loved this movie! The actors really brought this to life and I loved that it was a true story. Love has no rules and even though society told them they couldn't be together Nina and yael found a way. Really heartwarming. I think the actress who played Nina is a star. Everyone was great. Watched with my family. They cried. I did too.
But it's also funny. A great mix. Love when I find an indie gem I've never heard of and it knocks me out. Hope to see more of everyone involved in the future. Side note - the creep at the big party was too funny. The way he danced was ridiculous in the best way. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful and true story that literally had me crying at the end. It is so well done and so touching. It reminded me of a story that defies time. I love the story teller fashion the film is done in and the actors are all soon to be household names. The main character Nina, is a star, if ever there was one! Where has this talented beauty been hiding? This is the movie everyone will be talking about. It will be a classic!

This movie was a surprise tear jerker! A true love story with all the parts of a heartfelt classic. I completely lost track of time and when it was over I didn't want it to end. I love the way the story was told with some of the true characters appearing in the film. The main actors are stars!
